服务条款与退款说明
1. 服务和运营者
本条款适用于 ai.wfpromax.xyz 的 AI API 网关服务，由个人开发者 JIAYE LIN 运营。支持及投诉邮箱：xinghuo@poviai.com。
本站是独立第三方多模型网关，提供统一 API 接入、API 密钥、模型选择、用量记录和计费管理。模型能力取决于具体分组、接口和上游服务。OpenAI、Anthropic、Google 等名称用于说明模型或协议，不代表本站获得其官方授权、合作或背书。API 额度不等于模型厂商的网页会员，购买不转让模型所有权。
2. 价格、额度与交付
购买前请查看模型与价格及购买说明。模型调用可能按输入、输出、缓存 Token 或图像次数计费，并受分组倍率、限额和适用的高峰价格影响。套餐名称、实付币种、金额、可用额度、有效期及限制以购买页面展示的具体商品为准；账户额度单位不一定等于实付货币。
服务通过账户及本站签发的 API Key 在线交付，无实物配送。支付成功后请检查订单和到账记录；未到账时先联系支持，避免重复付款。一次性额度及固定期限套餐不因到期自动扣款；如某商品提供自动续费，购买前必须明确展示周期、续费价格和取消方式，并取得客户同意。
若结账页标示 Waffo Pancake 或其他 Merchant of Record，该订单由结账页列明的销售主体处理收款、适用间接税和付款凭证，其购买条款也适用于该订单。支付渠道和税费以实际结账页为准，不应将尚未启用的渠道视为已可用。
3. 退款、取消与争议
未付款订单可在订单页取消或等待过期。停止后续 API 调用即可停止新增按量消耗；固定期限套餐到期后的权益按商品说明处理。对于明确开通的自动续费，应通过相应收银台客户门户或支持邮箱取消后续续费；取消续费本身不等于已使用服务的退款。
重复扣款、支付成功未到账、无法交付或与商品说明实质不符的情况，请提供订单号、付款时间及问题说明申请核查。未消耗的额度或尚未交付的权益可以申请退款审核；已经完成的正常 API 调用和已使用的服务一般不予退还，除非存在错误计费、服务未按约交付或法律另有要求。退款金额按订单、实际交付和消耗核实，不承诺将赠送额度兑换为现金。
退款通过原付款渠道或该订单销售主体的退款流程处理，到账时间取决于支付机构。请勿提供完整银行卡号、密码或 API 密钥。任何政策均不限制消费者依法享有的强制退款、撤回或其他救济权利。
4. 使用责任与服务限制
请妥善保护账户和密钥，仅提交你有权使用的内容，并遵守可接受使用政策和适用法律。本站可调查违规、限制请求、撤销密钥或暂停账户；你可以通过支持邮箱说明情况并提出申诉。与其他商城分别销售的产品，其账户、余额和权益不自动通用，详见服务与站点关系。
AI 输出可能错误、不完整或侵权，请人工核实后使用，不应作为医疗、法律、金融等专业决策的唯一依据。上游停机、限流或模型变化可能影响服务；本站不承诺无限使用、永久提供指定模型或绝对不中断。发生影响已付款权益的实质问题时，可按上述售后方式处理。法律不允许排除的责任不受本条限制。
5. 数据、通知与联系
数据处理见隐私政策。条款更新在本页标注日期；影响已购商品的重要变化应另行告知，不追溯剥夺已产生的法定权利。支持、退款和内容投诉均可发送至 xinghuo@poviai.com。
Terms of Service and Refunds
Service and operator
Xinghuo AI Gateway at ai.wfpromax.xyz is operated by individual developer JIAYE LIN. Contact: xinghuo@poviai.com. We provide an independent gateway to third-party AI models, API key management, model selection, usage records and billing. Model names describe integrations, not provider authorization, affiliation or endorsement. Gateway credits do not purchase consumer subscriptions or ownership of the underlying models.
Prices, delivery and renewals
Review the model catalog and rates and purchase guide before buying. Usage may be charged for input, output, cached tokens or images, with group multipliers, limits and applicable peak rates. Each purchase page must show its amount, currency, allowances, validity and restrictions. Credit units may differ from money paid. Delivery is digital through your account and gateway-issued API keys. Report missing delivery before paying again.
One-time credits and fixed-term packages do not automatically charge again at expiry. Any auto-renewing offer must separately disclose its cycle, renewal price and cancellation method and obtain your consent. Where checkout names a Merchant of Record, that named seller processes payment, applicable indirect taxes and receipts, and its buyer terms also apply. Channels awaiting activation are not yet available for payment.
Refunds and cancellation
Cancel unpaid orders in your account or let them expire. Stop API calls to stop new metered usage. Cancel any explicitly enabled recurring plan through the relevant payment customer portal or contact support. Cancelling renewal does not by itself refund past service.
Contact us with your order reference for duplicate charges, missing delivery, inability to deliver or a material mismatch with the product description. Unused credits or undelivered benefits may be submitted for refund review. Completed, correctly billed usage is generally not refundable, except for billing errors, failure to deliver as agreed or applicable legal rights. Amounts are checked against the order, delivery and usage; promotional credits are not promised to be redeemable for cash. Approved refunds follow the original payment channel or seller's process; banking times vary. Mandatory consumer withdrawal, refund and remedy rights take priority.
Responsibilities and limitations
Protect your credentials, submit only material you may lawfully use, and follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may investigate abuse, restrict requests, revoke keys or suspend accounts, with appeals by email. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or infringing and needs human review. It is not a substitute for qualified professional advice. Model availability, limits and upstream services may change; we do not promise unlimited usage or uninterrupted access. Mandatory legal liability is not excluded.
Our Privacy Policy describes data processing. Updates are dated here; material changes affecting purchases should be communicated separately and do not remove accrued statutory rights. Other shop products have separate balances, benefits and terms. Support and complaints: xinghuo@poviai.com.
